CEO

  • Curt Marker is a visionary real estate investor and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in high-growth real estate ventures. Currently managing a $30 million portfolio, he has successfully built and scaled investments across short-term rentals, a large hotel, two mobile home parks, and three major developments in Houston.

    With a deep background in economics and finance, Curt is not only an investor but a strategist—adept at structuring deals, maximizing returns, and identifying opportunities others overlook. His passion extends beyond investing; he is committed to educating and empowering others on how real estate can transform financial futures.

    Curt is a master at building elite teams, hand-selecting industry experts whose collective experience and relationships drive success. His ability to leverage talent, strategy, and vision positions Captain Capital as a leader in the evolving real estate landscape.

Greg Wilson

CPA, CFO

  • 15 years of CFO, financial management, and real estate experience. He excels in growing profitability and cash flow in real estate and other businesses.

    He is a managing partner at Precision Financial (based in San Diego, CA), and has successfully raised over $100M in capital for his clients and personal ventures

    He has assisted in dozens of real estate transactions and development projects as an advisor and/or investor in his career

Chad Hart

Director of Development

  • 24-year background in construction and real estate development, managing over $150 million of industrial steel development and $100m in residential. Having started and sold multiple businesses and armed with an MBA, he now focuses purely on impactful development projects primarily in storage and flex-space.

    One of Chad’s latest development projects was 3 luxury homes in Vail Colorado that sold for $24 million.
